Maintenance

Hauzer offers you the opportunity to enter into a maintenance contract.

These maintenance contracts provide the following general advantages:

  • Maximize/improve up-time
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance instead of unscheduled corrective maintenance (less production pressure)
  • Control of maintenance costs
  • A better overview of your equipment condition
  • On the job training for your maintenance employees
  • Additional discount of 5% on spare parts during warranty period


Hauzer distinguishes the following types of service contract:

CHECK-UP

  • Basic periodical check-up (3 working days)
  • Guaranteed (remote) response time (< 5 days)


GOLD

  • General Periodical Check-Up (5 working days)
    - Annual Preventive Maintenance by Hauzer qualified FSE
    - Check-up after 6 months after SAT for equipment & refreshment training
  • Use of Hauzer Hotline (5 calls)
  • Remote Support; Solving Issues (20 hrs)
  • Guaranteed (Remote) Response Time (< 72 hrs)
  • Discount in Customer Support (matrix)
  • No order costs for orders < Euro 250
  • No rental costs for “loan” power supplies during repair
  • Minimal stock level of one power supply for customers with Gold SLA


PLATINUM (cutomer-tailored)

  • Extensive Periodical Check-Up (10 working days)
    - Annual Preventive Maintenance by Hauzer qualified FSE
    - Check-up after 6 months after SAT for equipment & refreshment training
  • Extended use of Hauzer Hotline
  • Extended remote support; solving Issues
  • Periodical user-meetings to discuss system and process performance
  • Guaranteed (remote) response time (< 24 hrs)
  • On-Site refreshment training; combined with preventive maintenance
  • Discount in customer support (matrix)
  • No order costs for orders < 250 euro
  • No rental costs for 'loan' power supplies during repair
  • Minimal stock level of one power supply for customers with Platinum SLA
